Why are false alarms a problem?

False alarms take Police, Fire, and TSI response away from potentially valid emergencies. These unnecessary alarm responses can endanger you, responding authorities and the community at large.

False alarms reduce the perceived reliability and crediability of your security system.

False alarms make you reluctant to use your alarm system, thereby making you and your loved ones vulnerable to undetected hazards.

False alrams waste tax dollars and your money. Police, Fire and TSI time is costly.

76% of all false alarms are caused by the user...
Help TSI to keep this figure down so that we may better serve everyone
